At Vondiva Designz, each piece is handmade with love, intention, and care. Because of the unique, handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Please ensure your purchase is made with intention, as each creation is made especially for you.

📦 Damaged Item? We’ve Got You.

If your item arrives damaged during transit:

1. Contact us at within 3 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

3. We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

⚠️ Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery or without proof of damage may not be eligible for a replacement.
