At Vondiva Designz, each piece is handmade with care and created in small batches. Because of the unique, handcrafted nature of our jewelry and accessories, all sales are final.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, measurements, colors and photos carefully before placing your order.

🕐 Order Cancellations

Orders placed through vondivadesignz.com may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Item? We’ve Got You.

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. We’ll review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

⚠️ Requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery or without documentation may not be eligible for a replacement, credit, or refund.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once production has begun, they cannot be cancelled.
