Processing Times

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. Any additional processing time will be communicated when your order is placed.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated carrier transit times after your order ships:

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
Priority Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days, when available at checkout

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing or the destination country's postal service.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside the control of Vondiva Designz.

If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps. Customers may also be asked to contact the carrier or participate in a carrier claim when necessary.
